Dispatcher - Prévost

Responsibilities

• Customer Response: Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist Clients: Listen carefully to their requests, ask relevant questions, and offer tailored solutions.
• Schedule Appointments: Coordinate with clients, collect their information, and schedule appointments in our system.
• Team Coordination: Forward calls to project managers and communicate effectively via Teams.
• Handle Unexpected Situations: Be responsive in case of unforeseen events, such as a plumber calling in sick, and contact clients to reschedule.
• Emergency Calls: Manage emergency service calls, set up an availability schedule, and record information for billing purposes.
• Use of 3CX and SEIGMA Applications: Manage the call system to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications required

• Knowledge of plumbing is an asset.
• Ability to be resourceful and react quickly in unexpected situations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
